Online printing companies will print and deliver to your door your business cards, letterheads, stickies and whatever other printed advertising materials you may come up with.
Many will also offer non-paper print products, such as t-shirts, mugs, fridge magnets or mouse pads with your company logo and message, as well a variety of stationery products like stamps, pens, etc.
Other services offered by some of these companies include graphic design e.g. for your company's logo. They may also provide direct mail marketing services (VistaPrint) - sorting, addressing, and sending your marketing materials to your customer list or a targeted customer list supplied by them.
VistaPrint is "the WalMart" of online stationery and printing. Huge selection
of products and services backed by their "Lowest Price Guarantee" and
"Satisfaction Guarantee". Delivery choices range from 1 to 3 weeks. Quality
is more than reasonable, considering their low prices.
Aside from printing and stationery products VistaPrint also offer
logo design services and direct mail marketing services - sorting, addressing,
and sending your printed marketing materials to your entire customer
list or a targeted customer list supplied by them.
Prices are quite high. Even though CardBuilderPro offer
lifted letter print and glossy finish for all of their
business card products, the difference seems unjustified.
Awaiting a response from them (to our inquiry from August 25th, 2007,
submitted online through their "Contact Us" form) explaning the reason why
their products cost so much more as compared to their competitors'
prices. As of October 17th, 2007 there has been no response from
them to this inquiry...
PrintPelican is your "Cadillac" solution to all your business printing needs. With a few minor exceptions their
service is very flexible
and they offer a variety of high-quality extras (e.g. a free U/V cover for your business cards or
aqueous coating for catalogs and calendars, also at no extra charge).
Shipment options also offer a greater variety compared to most other companies - you can
get your order as fast as the next business day with their next-day shipment option. PrintPelican also
offers direct-mailing services at great prices.
The few aspects of their service which we found lacking in flexibility is that business cards can only be
ordered in batches of 500 and that they only ship to USA and Canada.
Free delivery on orders of $75 or more makes this provider attractive for customers placing big orders.
iPrint offers a huge selection including a range of products beyond the common business/stationery selection, e.g. printed golf balls
tote-bags, teddy bears, etc.. At the time of writing of this review they were not offering direct mailing / marketing services
or design services...

CafePress is a site that allows you to design and create your own t-shirts,
mugs, bumper stickers, mouse-pads, etc. and set up an online shop to sell
these. The folks at CafePress handle the printing, the payments and the
shipping. All site owners have to do is come up with product ideas and
promote the products.
According to CafePress, some of their shop-operators earn six figures
a year from their online CafePress stores.
